Ingredients of Chicken sambar
STEP : 1
Soak a chicken in turmeric and water for about 20 min, and then rinse the water thoroughly and take chicken a side to plate.

Chop onion, tomatos and green chili and keep it a side, make all raw material ready for cook. It will make better to cook easily.

Grind the gated coconut, Onion, garlic, chili, sambar powder, ginger, cinnamon piece, cardamom grin it kindly fine course paste.it will give a good chickem sambaaru.

Add oil to a medium size cocker add some onion keep it in medium low flame and fry it properly until turn in to golden brownish color.

Add chicken to same cooker and fry it well until chicken leaves water content and get dry with good frying condition and some salt so that chicken bakes well.

Add the grinded mixture in to the cocker and add some requirement of water as per the requirement of curry based on the chicken quantity.

Allowed to boil before closing the lid of the cocker and taste it once it boils if any salt require you can add it same.

If found every thing good then close the lid and make 3 to 4 Wiesel and after Wiesel comes keep it a side to get cooled .

This is the final image after the cooker get cooled the hassan style chicken sambar ready to eat and transferred to bowl.
