Chicken saaru in hassan style as the name suggests is a specialty native to Hassan region of India. This non-vegetarian delicacy is a special chicken curry ...its very tasty this will made using the village ingredients and it was natural.

Ingredients of Chicken sambar

1.00 kg Chicken
1.00 no tomato
2.00 no Onion
0.25 cup coconut
2.00 no garlic
2.00 no chilli
4.00 tbsp Sambarpowder
1.00 no ginger
2.00 no cinnomonpiece
2.00 no cardamomgrin
6.00 tbsp oil
3.00 tbsp salt

Chicken sambar

Add oil to a medium size cocker add some onion keep it in medium low flame and fry it properly until turn in to golden brownish color.

this was a simple chicken saaru or chicken curry recipe. it was good and does not take much time also. best to have this at lunch time with hot steamed rice or rotis for that matter. it is a good and very simple dish after all and does not take much time also to prepare.
