Ingredients of Chicken salad
STEP : 1
Take 3 slices of bread and cut them into small cubes as shown in the image and dry roast them in a tawa so that they become crispy.

Take the chicken breast and cut it into thin slices as shown in the image so that they can be grilled very easily.

Add the salt, black pepper powder and butter to the chicken and marinate it well for some time so that it can be put in the flat plate griller.

Take the chicken slices and place them in the griller and grill them till they are tender and become slightly brownish in color.

Now for the salad ingredients peel and chop the onion and slice the carrots, chop the capsicum, grate the cheese, chop the tomato and the lettuce leaves. Set aside the roasted bread cubes too.

Now take a salad bowl or a salad plate and first add the sliced carrots as the base of the salad.

After the carrots have been added then place the onion slices and then also sprinkle a little salt on top.

Now add the bell peppers to the plate and then mix it well with the rest of the vegetables so that the salt is evenly spread.

Now add the tomato cubes to the plate and mix them well and you can crush them a little with the spoon for a tangy taste.

Now add the lettuce leaves on the top and all the vegetables have been added for the salad to be complete.

Add the Mayonnaise on top of the vegetables and a little pepper powder if desired to mix in the vegetables.

Now add the roasted or grilled chicken on the top of the vegetables and then let it settle on top of the saucy layer.
