Normally we do podimas in eggs but here now doing such a different podimas in chicken which gives crunch in taste.we are adding spicy ingredients gives hot and spicy to this delicious dish,here we add ghee for enhancing our dish to lip smacking taste.

Ingredients of Chicken podimas

1.00 cup Boneless Chicken
2.00 no onion
2.00 tbsp Ghee
0.50 tbsp Mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp Pepper Powder
1.00 tbsp Coriander Powder
0.50 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1.00 tbsp salt
0.25 cup coriander Leaves

Chicken podimas

Heat a pan add two table spoon of Ghee and wait for melting, then add some mustard seeds,chopped garlic pods, and green chilly which is optional.

when garlic turns light brown, add the one cup of fine chopped boneless chickens into it, and add salt in to it.

Now add salt and mix well for five minutes,at this stage the excess water in chicken came out,so keep frying till the water gets fully dried.

When water fully gets dried add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder and coriander powder in to it and mix well for two minutes.
