Ingredients of Chicken podimas
STEP : 1
Heat a pan add two table spoon of Ghee and wait for melting, then add some mustard seeds,chopped garlic pods, and green chilly which is optional.
STEP : 2
when garlic turns light brown, add the one cup of fine chopped boneless chickens into it, and add salt in to it.
STEP : 3
Now add salt and mix well for five minutes,at this stage the excess water in chicken came out,so keep frying till the water gets fully dried.
STEP : 4
When water fully gets dried add 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder and coriander powder in to it and mix well for two minutes.
STEP : 5
After well cooked add 1 tbsp of pepper powder in to it and mix well till the added ghee comes out of this dish.
STEP : 6
And finally add the coriander leaves into it and mix well for one minutes and now this chicken podimas is ready to serve hot.
