  • 1.00 tbsp CuminSeeds
  • 1.00 tbsp FennelSeeds
  • 0.25 tbsp salt
  • 1.00 tbsp Oil
  • 0.25 tbsp Turmericpowder
  • 0.25 tbsp corianderleaves

  • Heat a pan add oil get heat enough add 10 numbers of garlic pods which was peeled and crushed.saute in slow fire.

  • Then add boneless chicken which was well washed and chop into small pieces.and add 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder and add salt saute well.

  • Fry it for two to three minutes then add needed water and mix well then keep boil for five minutes till the chicken gets boil.

  • At this mean while in a mixer jar add 1 tbsp of pepper seeds.1 tbsp of cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of fennel seeds and grind it as a dry powder.

  • when the chicken gets boil.add the grounded spice ingredients powder of 1 tbsp and mix well.and keep boil for few seconds and now transfer to serving bowl and serve hot with coriander garnishing.
