- 1.00 cup BonelessChicken
- 5.00 nos garlicpods
- 1.00 tbsp pepper
- 1.00 tbsp CuminSeeds
- 1.00 tbsp FennelSeeds
- 0.25 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Turmericpowder
- 0.25 tbsp corianderleaves
Instructions
Chicken Pepper Soup
- Heat a pan add oil get heat enough add 10 numbers of garlic pods which was peeled and crushed.saute in slow fire.
- Then add boneless chicken which was well washed and chop into small pieces.and add 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder and add salt saute well.
- Fry it for two to three minutes then add needed water and mix well then keep boil for five minutes till the chicken gets boil.
- At this mean while in a mixer jar add 1 tbsp of pepper seeds.1 tbsp of cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of fennel seeds and grind it as a dry powder.
- when the chicken gets boil.add the grounded spice ingredients powder of 1 tbsp and mix well.and keep boil for few seconds and now transfer to serving bowl and serve hot with coriander garnishing.
