Ingredients of Chicken paratha
STEP : 1
Take the egg and beat it, set aside some fried peanuts and cut the coconut into small cubes. Chop the onion and green chili as shown. Take some shredded chicken. IT can be from any cooked chicken spicy dish.

Mix all the contents together with the egg as shown in the figure and beat it well so that a thick mixture is formed. Add some salt.

Make a dough from the maida and form a large sized paratha which is of medium thickness as shown in the image.

Take a generous amount of the stuffing prepared in step 2 and then spread it in the center of the paratha.

Now fold the paratha on all 4 sides as shown in the image so that the stuffing is spread inside but is not spilling out.
STEP : 6
Heat oil in a tawa and fry this stuffed paratha in the oil on both sides in simmer till it turns golden in color.
STEP : 7
Drain off the excess oil from the fried paratha and then set it aside on a plate so that it can be served.
STEP : 8
Cut the paratha into 4 sections as shown in the image so that it is convenient to be served and then it is ready to be served with fresh green salad.
