This is a Bengali street side snack usually made at the roll counters and it is very tasty and is a junk food served with salads. It is a fried paratha in the form of an envelope which has a rich and thick stuffing of beaten eggs, chicken and various spices.

Ingredients of Chicken paratha

1.00 cup Flour
1.00 no Egg
10.00 no Peanuts
1.00 tbsp Coconut Cubes
3.00 tbsp Chicken Shreds
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Chili
0.25 no Cucumber
0.25 tbsp Salt
5.00 tbsp Oil

Chicken paratha

Take the egg and beat it, set aside some fried peanuts and cut the coconut into small cubes. Chop the onion and green chili as shown. Take some shredded chicken. IT can be from any cooked chicken spicy dish.

Make a dough from the maida and form a large sized paratha which is of medium thickness as shown in the image.

Take a generous amount of the stuffing prepared in step 2 and then spread it in the center of the paratha.

Now fold the paratha on all 4 sides as shown in the image so that the stuffing is spread inside but is not spilling out.

Heat oil in a tawa and fry this stuffed paratha in the oil on both sides in simmer till it turns golden in color.
