Ingredients of Chicken omelette
STEP : 1
Chop the onion and capsicum into small pieces. Chop the green chili into small slices Chop the carrot and cauliflower into very small pieces.

Take the chicken cubes and wash them well. take 2 eggs and beat them well and add a sprinkle of salt.
STEP : 3
Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken cubes, sprinkle some salt and tandoori chicken masala and fry the chicken well till they are tender and the masala penetrates well.

Similarly fry the chopped carrots and cauliflower and set aside both the fried items ( chicken and carrot and cauliflower) to be topped on the omelette.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the beaten egg in a big circular shape and then add the onion slices and capsicum pieces on to the egg.

Now add the fried chicken pieces and the cauliflower florets on to the egg and let all the contents settle.

Add the grated cheese on the egg omelette and then fold it while the cheese melts and then it is ready to be served with sauce.
