- 1.00 cup Onions
- 0.50 kg chicken
- 2.00 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2.00 tbsp salt
- 3.00 tbsp red chili powder
- 2.00 tbsp curd
- 2.00 nos eggs
- 7.00 tbsp oil
- 2.00 tbsp garam masala
- 0.25 cup coriander
Instructions
Chicken Mughlai
- First of all take onions and clean the onion peel of the onion and cut the onions in small pieces. and keep them aside.
- now take the chicken and wash that chicken well once and add the red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste in the chicken and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- now take the pan and switch on the stove and preheat the pan and add the oil and fry the onions well for 10 minutes so that they fry like a golden color.
- now add the salt for the taste in he onions and then add the one tbsp of daniya powder and garam masala in the onions and fry for 5 minutes.
- now take the chicken and add that magnate chicken in the fried onions and cook in very low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
- now take the curd and add that curd in the fried chicken and again ok them in a very low flame for 5 minutes.
- now take the eggs and break them and ad them in the fired chicken in the pan and mix well and fry for 5 more minutes.
- now take the coriander leaves and the lemon juice add those 2 tbsp if lemon juice in the chicken and mix well and then add the coriander leaves.
- now take a serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious moghalay chicken and garnish with the onions and lemon slices.
