STEP : 1
Take the minced meat or the chicken keema, mix it with salt, onion, spring onion, black pepper powder, rred chili flakes and garlic powder.
STEP : 2
Heat oil in the kadai and fry the minced chicken very well with all the other ingredients and then cook for a couple of minutes.
STEP : 3
Now add the cheese cubes to the kadai and let it melt and mix it well with the chicken. Switch off the flame after all the cheese melts.

Make a dough from the maida and make small sized puris as shown in the image to hold the chicken fillings.

Stuff the chicken fillings and then make a shape like a ball with the mouth tied. ( as shown in the figure)

Steam it very well in a microwave with a half covered lid and an utensil with boiling water below it. Once steamed take it out and then it is ready to be served with tomato sauce and chili flakes mixed together.
