STEP : 1
1 first clean chicken and all other vegetables properly. Take a clean pan and Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil to it, after the oil is heated add 10 to 12 pieces of garlic and 1 piece of ginger ( you can also add 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste instead ). Later add 2 chopped Onions, 2 green chili and 1 chopped capsicum and fry them well till it gets golden brown color.
STEP : 2
2 the second step is to cut the chicken into small pieces, and add it to the pan. After adding chicken pieces also add 2 tsp of turmeric powder and chili power, Also add salt to taste. After adding all the ingredients fry them well.
STEP : 3
3 now put some water to it so that the chicken pieces gets cooked well. Cook Them untill all the water gets dried up. Lastly add some coriander leaves to it And cook well.
STEP : 4
4 lastly serve the chicken masala sukka and also sprinkle few drops of lemon Juice on top Of it if required. This can be served along with chapati, roti etc. Or eaten as starters.

You can also Add some other ingredients to it in order to get a different tastes. While Preparing chicken masala sukka you can also use Different kinds of masala powders, after preparation 2-3 drops of lemon Juice can be sprinkled Over it or else tamarind juice can be added. It can be served as starters.
