STEP : 1
Wash and clean t he chicken keema well so that there is no dirt or dust in iti and set it aside for an hour by adding vinegar and salt.

Chop the coriander into fine particles - Slit the green chili into fine sized pieces. - Chop the garlic into fine small pieces
STEP : 3
Add all the ingredients from step 2 into the bowl along with salt and vinegar conatining the mixed chicken and mix it very well all along so that it is finelly blended.

Make small circular doughs of the mixture in the cold state above and make small balls with the same and set it aside for fring

Heat oil in a kadai and add the mashed ball of chicken to deepy fry uniformly on all sides so that it softens.

After deep frying the chicken in the hot oil in all directions remove it from the oil and set it aside after draining the oil so that it can be used for making the gravy

Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Add the onions to the same and deep fry it till goden brown - Add the garlic and red chili paste and mix it very well and fry it. - Add the salt and stir and fry it for some time.

Add the fried chicken balls in step 6 to the gravy mixture above and mix it well and cook for 2-3minutes.

To the mixture above in step 8 add a cup of water and stir uniformly so that the gravy thickens and the chicken balls are cooked in the gravy

After cooking the gravy for 3-4 minutes add the spring onion on top for garnishing and then mix very well in the gravy to give an excellent aroma to the manchurian dish
