An Aromatic Healthy And Tasty Drink Of Chicken Manchow Soup Recipe
Chicken manchow soup is healthy drink for everyone. Cabbage is an another main ingredient of this recipe. This recipe takes less period of time to cook using simple ingredients.

Chicken Manchow Soup
- 1.00 cup Boneless Chicken Breast
- 0.75 cup Cabbage
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 0.25 nos Garlic
- 2.00 nos Chili
- 0.25 cup Spring Onion
- 1.00 tbsp Corn Flour
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 6.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 cup Noodles
- 0.50 tbsp Soya Sauce
Instructions
Chicken Manchow Soup
- Wash the chicken cubes very well with water. Add salt and soya sauce to the chicken and mix very well
- Chop the onion into fine slices Chop the garlic into small pieces Chop the green chili into small pieces
- Chop the cabbage leaves into fine pieces Make small pieces from the spring onion to be added in the soup
- Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Add the marinated chicken to the hot oil and deep fry the chicken till golden brown.
- Beat 2 eggs with salt in a cup Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the scrambled egg to be used in the soup
- Drain the exceeds oil from the fried chicken and set it aside along with the scrambled egg to be cooked in the broth of the soup
- Take some noodles. Boil it in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water and deep fry the noodles and set it aside for topping the soup with the actual manchow.
- Heat oil in the kadai. Add the onion garlic and green chili and fry them well till golden brown. Add a pinch of salt too.
- To the mixture above add the cabbage leaves and fried chicken and egg. Add a pinch of salt and soya sauce and mix very well
- Add 2 cups of water to the mixture above and let it boil. Add the corn flour and spring onion. When the broth is thickened the soup is ready and can be served by topping with the fried noodles.
