This is a Chinese soup made from chicken and vegetables. It is hot and spicy . It contains shredded chicken and some vegetable juliens. The best part of this dish is the presence of crispy fried noodles on top of the soup.

Ingredients of Chicken manchow soup

1.00 cup Boneless Chicken Breast
0.75 cup Cabbage
1.00 no Onion
0.25 no Garlic
2.00 no Chili
0.25 cup Spring Onion
1.00 tbsp Corn Flour
0.25 tbsp Salt
6.00 tbsp Oil
0.50 cup Noodles
0.50 tbsp Soya Sauce

Wash the chicken cubes very well with water. Add salt and soya sauce to the chicken and mix very well

Add oil in a kadai and heat it. Add the marinated chicken to the hot oil and deep fry the chicken till golden brown.
