This is a non veg salad of chicken and boiled egg in mayonnaise. It is served as a snack item and is served cold. It has toppings of macaroni and few strips of thin long onion, carrots, beans and capsicum

Ingredients of Chicken macaroni salad

Chicken macaroni salad

Take the cabbage and chop it into fine pieces.  Chop the carrots and beans into thin long pieces.  Chop the capsicum and onion into small pieces and then peel and wash the garlic and clean rest of the vegetables.

Usually we made vegetables salad and mainly served with raitha..
