STEP : 1
At the first step clean the chicken liver using water and use a sieve or arippa so we won't lose pieces of liver .

STEP : 2
Then place a mud pot or sand pot on the flame and when it is hot pour coconut oil to it ,spread it fully .

When the oil is hot add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilly to it saute it well for about two minutes .

Then add the chopped onion to it and stir well , let it become translucent . Keep the flame low .

Then add tomato to it and saute it well ,then add chilly powder , coriander powder garam masala and turmeric powder to it .

Pour pepper and salt also ,mix everything well and let it cook for two minutes ,stir it continously . Flame should be low .

Then put the chicken liver and curry leaves to it and mix it well . Then close the mud pot and let it cook .

No need to add water , after two to three minutes stir it and we can see water is present in it .

When we see the oil separated at the upper layer ,add some coriander leaves to it and mix it well .

Then off the flame .Our chicken liver roast is ready to serve . Enjoy with your family and loved ones .
