STEP : 1
To start chicken liver fry cooking first we have to take 1 onion if big in size, 2 onions if small in size, then mentioned quantities of ginger, garlic cloves, after that we have to wash those taken ingredients After washing these onions,ginger,garlic pieces, we have to cut the onions,ginger,garlic pieces into small pieces to make small paste. After slicing the onions,ginger,garlic pieces we have to take a mixi jar n wash it.keep it aside to dry the mixi jar.
STEP : 2
In this step after washing onions,ginger,garlic pieces we have to slice as written in above step. After washing mixi jar we have to dry it. After drying the mixi jar add these sliced onions ginger garlic pieces into mixi jar and grind these ingredients into fine paste which is used for cooking this chicken liver fry After grinding we get a fine paste of onions,ginger,garlic paste. We have to transfer the onions ginger garlic paste into a bowl kept aside We can start our cooking process after making this paste.
STEP : 3
After making this onion,ginger,garlic paste and transfer Into a bowl we have to slice the stored garlic cloves into small pieces After slicing green chillies into small pieces as shown in the below picture. We should store this some sliced green chillies before frying Why we have to store this sliced green chillies, garlic cloves to sprinkle on chicken liver fry after completion of cooking. While sprinkling this sliced green chillies,garlic pieces for decorating this dish
STEP : 4
After preparing of onion ginger garlic paste,we have to store sliced green chillies,garlic cloves, we have to take a mentioned quantity of 250g of chicken liver n kept aside to cook. After taking this Chicken liver.we have to wash Chicken liver carefully because liver is very sensitive know When we wash careless it may spoil those liver. We have to wash carefully avoiding spoiling of liver pieces breaking We have to drain water completely from washed chicken liver.
STEP : 5
After preparing onion ginger garlic paste,slicing green chillies,finely chopped garlic pieces, We have to take n all the mentioned ingredients with required quantities and kept aside to start cooking chicken liver fry dish. We have to take washed 250g of chicken liver,6 table spoons of oil,onion ginger garlic paste,sliced green chillies n garlic pieces,turmeric powder,salt,red chilly powder(karampodi), I have add these photo to show all the ingredients.
STEP : 6
In this step take a kadai n wash it ,kept aside to dry the kadai. After drying the kadai we have to add the 6 table spoons of oil as mentioned in ingredients column. Place the kadai on the stove to heat oil n to start cooking chicken liver fry dish Don't kept high flame to heat oil in kadai. Low flame is enough to cook fry.
STEP : 7
After heating the kadai containing 6 table spoons of oil to start chicken liver fry, We have to add required quantities of prepared onion,ginger,garlic paste according to your choice,add sliced green chillies,chopped garlic pieces to start cooking we have to fry these three ingredients untill to get little golden colour to all this 3 ingredients Don't heat oil too much it may leads to over frying of onion ginger garlic paste n spoil the taste of chicken liver fry.
STEP : 8
After adding pinion ginger garlic paste,sliced green chillies,garlic pieces, we have to fry all these ingredients as written in above step. After frying all these 3 ingredients into slight golden colour we have to add salt to kadai containing onion ginger garlic paste,sliced green chillies,garlic pieces to start next step for liver fry
STEP : 9
After adding salt to the kadai containing onion ginger garlic paste,green chillies,garlic pieces, we have to add a pinch of turmeric powder to the kadai containing onion ginger garlic paste,green chillies,garlic pieces, to get colour to the chicken liver fry. We get also nice taste to the dish due to adding of turmeric powder to chicken liver fry We should not add more turmeric powder to this dish because when we add more turmeric powder to liver we get a smell of turmeric powder to chicken liver fry.
STEP : 10
After adding onion ginger garlic paste,green chilies,garlic pieces,pinch of salt n turmeric powder to the kadai containing all these ingredients untill to fry those ingredients into slight golden colour After that we have to add mentioned quantities of 250g of washed chicken liver to kadai containing fried golden colour onion ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder to start next step.
STEP : 11
After adding washed chicken liver to kadai containing onion ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder ,we have to add 1 table spoon of red chilly powder or karampodi to washed liver present in kadai.
STEP : 12
After adding red chilly powder or karampodi to kadai containing onion ginger garlic paste,sliced green chillies,garlic pieces,salt,turmeric powder we have to add garam masala to the liver which was present in kadai with remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients to coat with the liver untill smell of the garam masala oozes out Don't add water to the liver because it was already so soft with flesh no need to add water.
STEP : 13
After adding all the ingredients to chicken liver we have to boil liver for 15 minutes to cook this dish. Don't add more garam masala to the kadai containing liver along with onion ginger garlic paste,green chillies,garlic pieces,salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder, because we get more spicy. If we want spicy at last of the completed cooking of liver we can sprinkle chopped been chilies,garlic pieces. We can get more spicy taste to liver
STEP : 14
After completing all the process for cooking chicken liver we can transfer completely cooked chicken liver into bowl n kept aside. We can garnish chicken liver fry with finely chopped green chillies,garlic pieces to get nice view for dish. We can sprinkle pepper powder to chicken liver fry to add more taste to dish
