STEP : 1
Take some chicken liver pieces and keep aside, take two potatoes, two onions, three dried red chili and ginger, garlic and garam masala .

chop the onion, paste the ginger garlic and red chili and keep aside, cut the potato and wash properly and keep aside then wash the chicken liver pieces and keep aside .

Hot a pan then add some oil in it, when oil become hot add the potato pieces in to the hot oil and fry them .

Then add the chopped onion in to the fried potato and fry the chopped onion properly in high flame on gas oven .

Then add the ginger garlic and red chili paste and add some turmeric powder and cook then for two minutes in high flame .

Then add the chicken liver pieces in to the cooked masala and cook them till the chicken liver will cooked .

Then add the garam masala and salt in it and cook them for two minutes in high flame on gas oven .

Then add the water in to the cooked liver and masala and cook then till the water will dry in high flame .

Serve this recipe hot in a serving plate with top of the chopped coriander leaves . Serve this recipe with hot roti or paratha or hot steamed rice .
