Ingredients
For Chicken Preparation
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 8.00 nos Garlic Cloves
- 2.00 tbsp Parsley Leaves
- 0.50 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 0.50 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 6.00 nos Chicken Slices
- 2.00 tbsp Low Fat Spread
- 3.00 tbsp Fresh Cream
For Salad Preparation
- 0.25 nos Carrot
- 0.25 nos Zucchini
- 2.00 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 0.50 tbsp Honey
Instructions
For Chicken Preparation
- Take the onion and garlic cloves, also the black pepper powder, red chili powder, fresh cream and the low fat spread for frying the chicken.
- Make a paste of the onion and garlic and also the parsley leaves fried and crushed along with black pepper and red chili powder (Mix all of them very well).
- Take the chicken slab as shown in the image and then wash and clean it very well so that it can be cut into dices.
- Cut the chicken piece into strips of uniform size as it is shown in the image. They have to be fried so the size needs to be same so that all are cooked uniformly.
- Add the mixture that was prepared with all the contents in step number 2 to the chicken pieces and mix very well.
- Add some low fat spread to the kadai and heat it well so that the spread melts in the kadai.
- Add the chicken cubes along with the masala and then fry them well in the oil so that the chicken starts becoming tender.
- Add fresh cream to the chicken pieces in the kadai and cook in simmer so that the chicken is completely boiled.
- Mix all the contents and cook till the chicken is tender and the gravy is almost dried up in the kadai.
For Salad Preparation
- Now to prepare the salad, peel the carrots and cut them into thin long slices and boil them well in a saucepan.
- Take the zucchini and wash it very well and then cut it into t hin slices as shown in the image.
- Add some fresh cream, salt and pepper, and a little bit of honey to the zucchini slices and mix them well.
- Now add the boiled carrots to the zucchini and also mix it well with the rest of the contents and then the salad is ready and can be served with the semi gravy chicken dish.
