STEP : 1
First take 9 to 10 Red Chilly, And 9 to 10 Red Chilly - Byadgie. For the best color and taste put the red chilly in a one bowel of water for 10 minutes.
STEP : 2
Then take a one - Onion and chopped in a medium size, Take one - Tomato of medium size -and chopped in a medium size, Pudina leaves of 1 -Cup , 1/2 pinch of - Ginger, 1/2 Cup of Garlic, 1/4 Cup of - Coriander seeds, and keep this in a plate.

After ready the above ingredients put this in a jar, and add 1/2 cup of water and grind this until it is fully paste.

Now take a one big kada in this add 2 Spun of cooking oil,and 1 Spun of castol oil, Make this heat in a medium flame ,and now add the Chicken and 2 Spun of Salt and fry this for 10 minutes,and cook for 15 minutes.

Now to this add the grinned mixer and stirel this with the chicken ,it have to mix fully , And Add 4 Glass of water,and cook for 15 minutes.

In the time of boiling the Chicken Sambar , add 2 spun of Salt , And cook this in a open type.

And after that in a medium flame cook this for 8 to 10 minutes , In that time close the kada only half ,with the plate.

After cooking this with the covering of the plate the Ancient Sambar is looking like this. It have to leave the oil as in the below image then ,only the taste of the sambar is increase.

Now the Nattile village style Chikken sambar is ready to serve , We can serve this with a White rice and Raggie ,and egg, Serve in hot ,with lemon and Onion,it increase the taste.
