Ingredients of Chicken korma
STEP : 1
Clean the chicken pieces and keep aside, curd, garam masala powder, milk, onion, tej patta, garlic, keora water all those things bring together and keep aside.

paste the onion and keep aside, then paste the garlic and keep aside. then take some ghee and all those things keep with other ingredients.

add the garlic paste and onion paste on to the chicken and mix all the things properly and ready for next step.

Then add the whipped curd and garam masala powder with the chicken with garlic and onion paste then mix all properly.

Then add the tej patta in to the masala chicken, and add some salt and sugar in to the chicken and marinate for five minutes.

Then add the milk in to the chicken and add the green chili in to the chicken and then marinate for another five minutes.

then add the ghee in to the chicken and cook in a pan with cover for five minutes in low flame.

Then this chicken pour in a microwave safe bowl and add the keora water ans some ghee and microwave in high for fifteen minutes.
STEP : 9
Serve this recipe hot in a serving bowl. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or any rice item for a great meal.
