Korma is an imperative. If you know how to make a good korma you can make all most any Mughlai food. Korma is mostly made on weekends in Hyderabad ,Lucknow and Agra . Korma is basically braised mutton, making it with chicken adds a feather to your cap of health.

Ingredients of Chicken korma

0.50 kg Chicken
1.00 cup whipped curd
1.00 tbsp garam masala powder
3.00 cup milk
2.00 cup onion paste
3.00 no tejb patta
1.00 tbsp garlic paste
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp sugar
2.00 tbsp ghee
1.00 tbsp keora water

Chicken korma

Clean the chicken pieces and keep aside, curd, garam masala powder, milk, onion, tej patta, garlic, keora water all those things bring together and keep aside.

Then add the whipped curd and garam masala powder with the chicken with garlic and onion paste then mix all properly.
