Ingredients of chicken kondattam
STEP : 1
Take one cup of chicken two or three times wash the water and clean serve the plate.

Then peel of the outer skin finely chopped onion,curry leaves and smash the garlic and one green chilli.

Thrn take one bowl and add the chilli powder,pinch of salt added them and ginger,garlic paste add it.

Mixed very well and add the wash the water and clean chicken add them and mix it.

Then mixed all sides are equal and add the turmeric powder and one tbsp vinegar you want need lemon also used.
