STEP : 1
First of all take the onions and cut them in to very small pieces and keep aside now take the chicken chea and wash well and keep aside.

now take the garlic and peel off the outer layer of the all garlic and fry them in the oil once and keep them aside.

now take the pan and add fry the onions until they fry like the golden color and then add the salt for the taste.

now add the turmeric powder and then cleaned chicken chima in the fried onions and mix once well , and keep a lid and cook.

now take the ginger garlic paste and add one tbsp of ginger garlic paste in the fried chicken and then cook until raw smell gone out.

now take the one tbsp of red chilly powder and add in the fried mixture and mix well and cook for 3 minutes.

now after that add the little water in the chicken chima and then cook by keeping the lid over the pan.

now take out the lid and mix once then the starts oil coming out side so that the gravy comes to end.

now take the garlic and add them in the gravy and again keep a lid and cook for the 10 minutes so that the garlic soften well.

now switch off the stove and take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious chicken chima with garlic in the bowl and garnish with corriander.
