Ingredients of Chicken jhatpat
STEP : 1
Cut the chicken into small small pieces and wash it properly.Peel and wash the onions and chop them into thin slices.
STEP : 2
Take a frying dish .Heat oil in it and fry the sliced onions till it turn golden brown. Keep it to cool.

Add chicken,vinegar,soya sauce,salt, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and chopped chilies to the fried onion and marinate it for half an hour.

After half an hour heat A cooking vessel and transfer the marinated chicken into it .Don't add any extra oil.Cook it properly.

Check in between whether the chicken is cooked properly or not. Add some tomato sauce into it and cook for another five minutes.
STEP : 6
When the oil comes out from the sides turn off the gas stove. Serve hot with chapatis or boiled rice along with salad or chutney.
