STEP : 1
Take 1 kg of chicken into a bowl and wash it thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder and mix it well.

Add 1 tablespoon of garam masala and 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste mix it well and leave for an hour
STEP : 3
Take a pan and add about 3 tablespoon of oil and let it heat. Add marinated chicken and cook it for 10 min by closing the lid

Now open the lid and fry the chicken for about 10 more minutes. Now the fried chicken for biryani is done.

Now before starting the process for biryani wash 2 cups of rice and keep it aside

Now cut the onions into two halves and cut the green chillies into slices. And take a pressure cooker for biryani.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of ghee and let it heat for about a minute.

Now add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, and bay leaf to it and fry it for 15 seconds.

Now add chopped onion , green chillies curry leaves to it and add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute

Now add rice and 1 tablespoon of pulao masala and 1 table spoon of red chilli powder to it.

Now fry the rice for about 2 to 3 minutes by mixing it well. Add one and half tablespoons of salt and mix well.

Now add three and half cups of water and boil it on high flame for about 3 minutes

Now put the lid on the pressure cooker along with whistle and let it blow 3 to 4 whistles.

Now put off the flame and leave it aside for 5 to 10 minutes . Now open the lid and serve the hot biryani
