Chicken fry piece biryani is a special variety compared to other types of biryanies like dum biryani , kadai biryani. It adds a lot of different taste to biryani which make you feel that awesome taste of spices and fried chicken in it.

Ingredients of Chicken fry piece biryani

1.00 kg Chicken
2.00 cup Rice
4.00 no Onion
5.00 no Green chillies
2.00 tbsp Girger garlic paste
1.00 tbsp Garam masala
2.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
2.00 tbsp Pulao masala
6.00 no Curry leaves
2.50 tbsp Salt
4.00 tbsp Oil
2.00 tbsp Ghee
3.50 cup Water
0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
5.00 no Cloves
1.00 tbsp Bay leaf
2.00 no Cardomom
1.00 tbsp Cumin seeds

Chicken fry piece biryani

Take 1 kg of chicken into a bowl and wash it thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder and mix it well.
