A Quick Flavorful Non-Vegetarian Salad For Chicken Fiesta Salad
Chicken fiesta salad is a chicken tandoori grilled salad which is served with different types of bell peppers and lettuce. It is a very quick to make appetizer or a snack item.
Ingredients

- 0.25 kg Boneles Chicken Breast
- 2.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 3.00 nos Bell Pepper
- 2.00 tbsp Lettuce
- 2.00 tbsp Cabbage
- 1.00 nos Chili
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Oil
- 4.00 tbsp Curd
Instructions
Chicken Fiesta Salad
- Take the boneless chicken breast and wash it very well and cut it into small cube shaped pieces as shown in the image.
- Add ginger garlic paste to the chicken cubes, add the salt and red chili powder. Add the plain curd and mix all the ingredients thoroughly and set it aside for 3-4 hours.
- Place the chicken cubes after marination on the air fryer. Sprinkle some oil on the air fryer and cook the chicken uniformly in all direction till the chicken pieces turn golden brown.
- Chop the cabbage into small pieces. Chop the bell peppers and onions into small sized cubes. Chop the green chili. Chop the lettuce leaves and set aside the chicken cubes which were cooked as kebabs.
- Heat a little oil in the kadai and add the onion, bell pepper, green chili and the cabbage pieces. Deep fry them till the vegetables turn golden and tender.
- Add some salt to the vegetable mixture above and add the chicken cubes to it which were cooked in the air fryer. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients very well and add the lettuce leaves to it and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Then it can be served after cooling.
