This is a chicken tandoori grilled salad which is served with different types of bell peppers and lettuce. It is cooked in very low oil as the chicken is grilled and then saute with the rest of the vegetables. It is a very quick to make appetizer or a snack item

Chicken fiesta salad

Take the boneless chicken breast and wash it very well and cut it into small cube shaped pieces as shown in the image.
