Masala Preparation

STEP : 1
Take a packet of Oats Grate the carrot, zuchini, Chop the bell peppers, beans, Cut the chicken into keema pieces Chop the onion, green chili and garlic cloves

STEP : 2
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the garlic cloves and green chili till the garlic is brown in color.

STEP : 3
Now add the bell peppers, the onions, the beans and zuchini and fry them well and mix with the rest of the contents.

STEP : 4
Now once the contents are slightly fried add the grated carrots, chicken and then the oats to the mixture and fry them well and mix it. Cook till the oats soften.

STEP : 5
Now the filling is ready and then cool it and set it aside in a bowl so that it can be stuffed in the outer layer of the momo
Preparation For Dumplings

STEP : 1
Make a dough with the maida and then make small sized puri like circles to hold the fillings and steam them

STEP : 2
Add the fillings and close the end of the puri so that no filling comes out> ( As shown in the picture )

STEP : 3
Place all the momos in the rice cooker and steam it well so that the outside maida layer is completely cooked.

STEP : 4
After the steaming is completed, let it cool slightly and then set it in a plate and can be served with a tangy sauce.
