STEP : 1
Take the onion, garlic, ginger and peel the same and wash it and clean it. Slit the green chili and take half a capsicum. Take a lemon and a tomato Set aside some chana dal too.

Take the powdered masala namely coriander, cumin, red chili powder and turmeric and also take some fresh curd to be added to the chicken.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion, ginger and garlic paste and add the tomato cubes and capsicum cubes too.

Add the chana dal to the kadai and cook it with the masala and stir it continuously so that the chana is boiled.
STEP : 5
Add the chicken pieces to the kadai and add lemon juice and salt to the kadai and mix it very well.
STEP : 6
Now add the curd into the kadai and cook it well and mix it thoroughly, add the powdered masala too the kadai and cook in simmer by covering with a lid. When the chicken and dal is boiled then the dish is ready to be served with coriander garnishing.
