Ingredients of Chicken curry
STEP : 1
Take some chicken pieces, two onion, one garlic, one ginger, one tomato, half cup curd and half cup Kasturi methi.

Wash the chicken pieces and keep aside, chop the onion, paste the ginger and garlic, paste the tomato and green chili together, beat the card, kashuri methi all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it, when oil become hot add the chopped onion and fry the chopped onion in high flame

Then add the ginger and garlic paste into the cooked onion and cook them another two minutes in high flame .

Then add the tomato and green chili paste into the cooked onion and ginger and garlic and cook them another two minutes in high flame .

Then add the chicken pieces into the cooked masala and cook them till the chicken is boiled in low flame .

Then add the kashuri meth for i in to the cooked masala and chicken and cook them in high flame for the flavour .

Then add the beaten curd into the cooked chicken and cooked masala and cook them for one minute then add the salt and sugar and cook another two minutes in high flame.

Serve this recipe hot in a serving bowl. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or hot steamed rice.
