Ingredients of Chicken croissant
STEP : 1
Take the chicken keema and wash it and clean it very well. Chop the onion into thin slices, chop the garlic and green chili into small slices. Chop the beans into small pieces. Grate the carrot and chop the red cabbage Chop the bell peppers Set aside the fresh cream.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the chili, garlic cloves, and onion and fry them very well as shown

Add the chopped beans and the chicken keema and cook it very well so that all the contents mix thoroughly. Add a pinch of salt.

Add the chopped red cabbage into the kadai and cook it with the rest of the contents very well till the vegetables soften.

Now add the grated carrot and the bell pepper and mix it very oil and cook it in the kadai

Now add the chopped coriander leaves into the kadai and mix it well till the leaves soften and mix well.

Once all the ingredients are cooked and the vegetables are boiled, add the fresh cream, stir very well and mix the contents and cook till the water is dried up

Once the stuffing is ready set it aside in a bowl to cool so that it can be used to prepare the filling for the croissant.

Make a dough from the maida and make a square piece of the same (Like a square paratha) and then cut it into 4 pieces. Each in the shape of a triangle.

Take a small amount of the filling and put it in the outer layer of the croissant so that it remains inside and can be folded accordingly.

Now repeat the same for all the croissant by putting the filling and fold it into the shape as shown in the image.

Put the croissant on an air fryer and grill it very well so that it becomes light brown on all sides and the outer layer is cooked and is crispy. Now serve with sauce and salad.
