Ingredients of Chicken chops
STEP : 1
Soak a chicken in turmeric and water for about 20 min, and then rinse the water thoroughly and take chicken a side to plate.

Chop onion, tomato and green chili and keep it a side, make all raw materials ready for cook. It will make better to cook easily.
STEP : 3
Grind the gated coconut, Onion, garlic, chili,ginger,cinnamon piece, cardamom grin coriander leaves roughly it kindly fine course paste. It will give a good chicken chaps.

After grind the gated coconut, Onion, garlic, chili,ginger,cinnamon piece, cardamom grin add Nitty Grits and grind it again with fine core paste

Add oil to a medium size cooker add some onion keep it in medium low flame and fry it properly until turn in to golden brownish color.

Add chicken to same cooker and fry it well until chicken leaves water content and get dry with good frying condition and some salt so that chicken bakes well.

Add the grinded masala to the cocker the n few min dont close the lid until it get start boiling.and stir it properly.

Allowed to boil before closing the lid of the cocker and taste it once it boils if any salt require you can add it same.

If found everything good then close the lid and make 3 to 4 Wiesel and after Wiesel comes keep it a side to get cooled .

This is the final image after the cooker get cooled the Chicken chaps (Hassan style easy) ready to eat and transferred to bowl.
