This is a salad preparation and is easy to make and is very nutritious. This has a very good flavor due to the presence of balsamic vinegar. It is a salad where the vegetables can be used as per choice.

Ingredients of Chicken caprese

Take the onion and ginger and garlic and the green chili. Take a tomato and vinegar and a cheese cube. take the balsam leaves. Also keep some black pepper powder.

Take the chicken piece and cut it into thin strips as shown in the figure so that it can be marinated with salt, vinegar and black pepper

Heat oil in a kadai and shallow fry the chicken with some black pepper powder as shown in the image. Fry till the chicken is tender and turns brownish.

Chop the onion and tomato into large sized pieces as shown in the image so that it can be semi fried with the chicken.

Add the onion ginger, garlic, green chili, tomato and balsam leaves to the kadai and cook it well with the chicken but do not mix. Sprinkle some salt.
