This is a snack I usually make while fasting or nombthura time , it is very easy to make and very yummy too . My whole family truly enjoy this snack when ever I made it . In every bite we can feel a crispness and softness together .
A Delicious Chicken Bites Recipe Preparation With Simple Steps
- 0.50 kg chicken breast
- 3.00 nos garlic
- 1.00 tbsp ginger
- 4.00 nos bread
- 0.50 cup cheese
- 1.00 cup oil
- 0.25 tbsp salt
- 1.00 tbsp pepper corns
- 2.00 nos green chilies
- At the first step clean the chicken breast and place it on a bowl that can keep on flame , let it cook .
- It will take about ten to fifteen minutes, pour salt and pepper powder if you like at the cooking time .
- We don’t need a fully cooked chicken breast , just the outside of chicken should be cooked well , then put this chicken , ginger and garlic green chilly and pepper in blender .
- Grind it very well . Now the chicken is just half cooked but don’t worry about it because rest cooking will be oil .
- Then transfer the grinded chicken in to a plate and then put four or five bread to the blender and grind it well .
- We need it in a powder like form . Then pour half of this bread to the grinded chicken and mix it well , make a dough by mixing .
- Then make small small balls from the mix of chicken and bread dough . And keep it on a plate , then beat an egg . Inside the balls place little cheese
- Then take rest of the bread crumbs and take each balls of chicken dip in egg and then cover it with bread .
- If you like you keep this in freezer and fry it before you wish to have . Heat a Pan add oil to it ,when it is hot put some chicken balls to it .
- When one side of the chicken ball gets cooked turn it’s side and let the other side too brawn and cooked well .
- When it is done transfer it from the pan and wipe excess oil and serve hot along with tomato sauce .
