This is a chicken bharta which is served with roti or paratha. The uniqueness of it comes from the fact that it is made using chicken keema which is crispy fried and made bhuna and no water is added to make the dish. It is tangy and spicy.

Chicken bhuna

Take the minced meat or the chicken keema and wash it very well and clean it thoroughly so that it is ready for marination

Heat oil in a kadai and add the marinated keema to the oil and deep fry it well so that it becomes crispy

Deep fry the potato in the oil till they are turned golden brown and then set aside in a bowl the fried potato and the fried keema
