STEP : 1
boneless chicken pieces, potato, onion, ginger, garlic, onion, green chili, red chili, garam masala, cumin seeds, coriander, tomato all those things bring together and keep aside.

Tot a tawa and add the cumin seeds. coriander seeds, and dried red chili and roast those things in low flame.

cool the roasted masala, then take a grinder and add the roasted masala in it and grind the masala and make a roasted masala powder.

chop the potato and keep aside, chop the onion and keep aside, paste the tomato and keep aside, chop the green chili and paste the ginger garlic and all those things bring together and keep aside.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when the oil become hot add the potato pieces and some salt in it and fry on high flame.

Then add the chopped onion in to the fried potato and fry the onion on high flame in the gas oven.

Then add the chicken in to the fried potato and fried onion and add some salt in it and fry for five minutes in low flame.

Then add the tomato paste in to the fried chicken and potato and cook for another two minutes in low flame .

Then add the ginger garlic paste in to the cooked chicken and cook for another five minutes in high flame .

Then add the turmeric powder and chopped green chili in to the chicken and cook another two minutes in high flame .

Then add the roasted masala powder and garam masala powder and cook for another two minutes in high flame on gas oven.

Then add some water in to the cooked chicken and cook for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Cook till on low flame when the oil is split from chicken and masala then off the gas oven and stand for five minutes.

serve this recipe hot in a serving plate for eating. serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or hot steamed rice.
