Chicken small peices simmered in a rich ginger paste, garlic paste, onion chopped, potato , garam masala, cumin seeds coriander and red chilli rosted powder. A perfect dish for Sunday dinner when everybody is in the mood for a lavish meal . This recipe served with hot roti, hot paratha or hot rice.

Ingredients of Chicken bhuna masala

0.25 kg boneless chicken small pieces
1.00 no potato
2.00 no onion
5.00 no green chili
1.00 tbsp ginger paste
1.00 tbsp garlic paste
0.50 tbsp garam masala
0.50 tbsp cumin seeds
0.50 tbsp coriander
5.00 tbsp red chili
0.25 cup oil
0.50 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder

Chicken bhuna masala

Tot a tawa and add the cumin seeds. coriander seeds, and dried red chili and roast those things in low flame.

cool the roasted masala, then take a grinder and add the roasted masala in it and grind the masala and make a roasted masala powder.

Hot a pan then add some oil in it , when the oil become hot add the potato pieces and some salt in it and fry on high flame.
