Ingredients of Chicken 65
STEP : 1
Take the chicken and cut and wash into thin strips as shown in the image. Peel the garlic and ginger Wash the curry leaves and green chili is slit.

Prepare a marination sauce by mixing 2 spoon of oil, 1 spoon vinegar and 1 spoon of Kashmiri Mirch powder.

Add the mixture made above to the chicken strips and mix it very well with the chicken so that the color and aroma penetrate well.

Now to the chicken pieces add the black pepper and then add the salt to be mixed. Mix well and marinate.

Now make a paste from the ginger and garlic and add the ginger garlic paste to the chicken and mix it well.

Add the garam masala powder to the chicken and mix it well so that the aroma gets well penetrated in the chicken

Now add the corn flour to the mixture so that all watery content is drained off and when fried a crispy texture can be obtained.

Now stir and mix all t he contents very well as shown in the image and keep it for marination for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and then add the green chili and curry leaves. Fry them well till the curry leaves become crispy.

After the leaves and chili are fried, then drain the excess oil from the same and set aside the chili and fried leaves for adding as garnishing.

Now add the marinated chicken pieces to the hot oil in the tawa and fry them well till the chicken is cooked and the coating is crispy and turns slightly brownish.

Drain the excess oil and keep the fried chicken in a bowl so that it can be garnished and topped

Add the fried curry leaves and green chili into the chicken chunks in the bowl and mix them very well. It can be then served in a bowl with lemon garnishing.
