Chicken 65 is a very popular chicken starter but the one which is prepared in the Andhra style is much more spicier where the coated chicken are wrapped in the spice and they are sauted after being deep fried. They are marinated very well with lot of masala and the dish is garnished with curry leaves and cilantro.

Ingredients of Chicken 65

1.50 cup ChickenStrips

1.00 tbsp Ginger

Chicken 65

Take the chicken and cut and wash into thin strips as shown in the image.  Peel the garlic and ginger  Wash the curry leaves and green chili is slit.

Prepare a marination sauce by mixing 2 spoon of oil, 1 spoon vinegar and 1 spoon of Kashmiri Mirch powder.

Heat oil in a pan and then add the green chili and curry leaves. Fry them well till the curry leaves become crispy.

After the leaves and chili are fried, then drain the excess oil from the same and set aside the chili and fried leaves for adding as garnishing.

Now add the marinated chicken pieces to the hot oil in the tawa and fry them well till the chicken is cooked and the coating is crispy and turns slightly brownish.

Anyway nice recipe finally I found a simple as well as tastey way of cooking .you are a magician all your recipes are really good .. you never used too much of ingredients but still your recipes so delicious.. when I was in Bangalore there is small teashop near to my apartment.. all Saturday we went there for fried chicken..
