Ingredients of Chichinga chingri
STEP : 1
Take the chichinga , shrimp, green chilli, onion all those things bring together and keep aside for cooking chichinga chingri .

Cut and wash the chichinga and keep aside then chop the onion and green chilli and keep aside then cut and clean the shrimp, all those things bring together and keep aside.

Boil some water then add the chopped chichinga in to the boiled water and then boil for 5 minutes in high flame.

When the chopped chichinga is boiled stain the water and keep aside for cooking the next step of chichinga chingri .

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it when the oil is become hot add the chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes in low flame.

Then add the shrimp and some salt and turmeric powder and fry for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.

Then add the boiled chichinga in to the fried chingri and onion and cook for another ten minutes in low flame.
STEP : 8
Then add the chopped green chilli and sugar in to the chichinga and cook for another two minutes in high flame .
STEP : 9
Then ready the recipe chichinga chingri for eating. This recipe serve in a serving bowl. This recipe serve with hot roti or hot steamed rice.
