This is dish which is having both veg and non veg and it is rich in protein ,fat and minerals as we use both items prawn and achinga . It is very easy to make and tasty too . We can take this along with white rice , chappathi etc .

Ingredients of Chemmeen roast

0.50 kg long beans or achinga
0.50 kg prawns
0.50 tbsp ginger
0.50 tbsp garlic
1.00 tbsp dried red chilly powder
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp coriander powder
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 cup curry leaves
0.25 tbsp mustard
3.00 no green chilly
0.25 tbsp garam masala

Chemmeen roast

At the first step clean and cut the long beans or achinga in to small pieces and clean it again and keep it aside .

Then take the prawns remove the head ,tail and unwanted things from it and clean it well ,then keep it aside .

Then heat a pan and put oil to it ,when it is hot add mustard seeds,when it splutters add chopped ginger garlic and green chilly to it .

Saute it well and when it nicely fried put chopped onion to it and again continue stirring. Add some salt also

When the onion becomes nicely translucent add chopped tomato to it and add some curry leaves also . Mix it well

Then close the kadai and keep in low flame let all the water comes out from the onion and tomato ,then add the red chilly powder , coriander powder, turmeric powder, little garam masala

Mix everything well and stir for two minutes then add the sliced long beans to it ,add some salt also .

You can have it as a curry or as a roasted state ,I like it to be dry so I let the water to get evaporated .
