Ingredients of Cheese pulao
STEP : 1
Take 250 grams of cottage cheese or paneer cubes and make it small cubes or pieces.
STEP : 2
Turn on the flame ,place a tawa or pan, add two to three tablespoon of oil.
STEP : 3
Place the paneer cubes in a hot oil or ghee and let it fry for few minutes.
STEP : 4
After few minutes flip the cubes carefully and fry them until turns golden brown color.
STEP : 5
When it turns color ,separate the cubes in a plate and keep aside ,dont over fry it.

Now again add two to three tablespoon of oil for seasoning,add half tablespoon of cumin seeds.

Add a single cinnamon sticks,two to three cloves and two green cardamoms into hot oil and let it cook.

Add a cup of thin sliced onions and saute all these and let it cook for few minutes.

When the onions are nicely cooked,add a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and saute it finely.

Add 3 to 4 green chillies or red chillies finely chopped and saute them for few minutes .

Add a cup of finely chopped tomatoes and saute the mixture very well untill the tomatoes are nicely boiled.

When the tomatoes get soft or cooked ,add a finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it .

Add a tablespoon of red chilli powder and saute it thoroughly and let it cook few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of coriander powder and mix it ,you can add a fine pieces of capsicum if you prefer.

Add half tablespoon of garam masala or dhania powder and saute the mixture completely for few seconds.

When the mixture turns gravy ,add half tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix it completely.

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per taste and mix it ,you can add a little bit black pepper powder

Add a little bit of sugar for a blended taste into the mixture and sauté it ,let it cook.

Add half cup of fresh and frozen green peas and mix it with gravy completely.

Add little bit water to avoid thickening and mix it then cook it for two to three minutes.

Now add the roasted paneer cubes into the mixture and mix it ,let the cubes blended with the mixture .

Now add the boiled basmati rice into the mixture and mix it completely and let it cook.

Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture in a serving bowl,our yummy paneer pulao is ready now.
