Cheese Paratha – Quick And Healthy Cheese Paratha Recipe
Cheese paratha is a amazing dish and they are an excellent and quick option for breakfast and dinner. It’s popular and all-time favorite for everyone. It is easily prepared at home.
Ingredients
Flour Ingredients
- 1.00 cup Wheat Flour
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 cup Water
Stuffed Cheese Ingredients
- 2.00 nos Tightly Packed Cheese
- 1.00 nos Green Chilly
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 0.25 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
Instructions
Wheat Flour Dough Preparation
- For wheat flour dough: Take a wide mixing bowl add one cup of wheat flour and add required salt to them.
- Then now add enough water to them and mix well to becomes soft and thick dough,add more water if required.
- Knead well those added flour and water and add a little oil to them knead well to get soft dough and keep aside for a few minutes.
For Cheese Stuffing Preparation
- Take one medium sized onion fine chop them and fine chop some ginger slices,fine chop some green chilies and fine chop some coriander leaves.
- Take required quantity of cheese slices and grate then well using a grater,you can use any variety of cheese.
- Take a wide plate add those grated cheese and then add those fine chopped veggies such as green chilly,ginger and fine chopped onion and coriander leaves.
- Mix them well till all added ingredients are well mixed together with those grated cheese and then keep aside.
- Divide those kneaded dough into small equal portion which is to be a small lemon sized dough,then take two divided dough.
- Now flattened those divided portions of dough separately which I have shown in the picture.
- Then now take a heaped spoon full if already prepared cheese stuffing and spread them equally.
- Then now place those another flattened wheat flour dough layer which u have shown in the picture,and press lightly to connect the corners.
- Then now flattened them using a rolling pin to enlarge the size and flattened them carefully without any breakage for thin cheese paatha.
- Heat a flat pan,tawa or girdle and now place those well stuffed and well rolled cheese paatha dough over them and brings it to cook in medium flame.
- Flip the paratha to another side and brings it to cook in both sides with light brown dots appeared on it.
- Then now sprinkle some oil over the corners and now the paratha gets well cooked and now remove from the flame.
- Now the tasty and delicious cheese stuffed cheese paatha us ready to serve by garnishing well and serve with or without chutney.
