Keema Preparation

Heat oil in a kadai and add the onion and garlic and fry them well till the onion is softened and turns pink

Fold it into the shape as shown in the image and repeat the step for all the puris so that the momos are ready to be steamed. Put the plate in the microwave and steam the momos for 5-6 minutes and then it is ready to be served with sauce.
