Ingredients of Cheese cutlets
STEP : 1
Take 2 medium sized potatoes in a pressure cooker and boil them. Do not overcook the potatoes. Once it is done, switch off the flame and allow it to cool.

Keep all the other ingredients ready. Chop the carrots and beans. Finely chop the garlic cloves using a food processor.

Heat 1 tbspn of butter in a non-stick kadai. When it is heated, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for a minute.

Next, add the vegetables one by one. First add the chopped carrots and sauté. Next add the chopped beans.

The next step is to add the sweet corn. Add required amount of salt. If required, sprinkle some water and allow them to cook for a while.

Once veggies are cooked, add some grated cheese. Grate the cheese cube while sauteing the vegetables. This gives a nice cheesy flavour.

Mix everything well. Adjust the levels of salt. Add the chopped coriander leaves and immediately switch off the flame.

Allow it to cool. Meanwhile, peel the potato skin and mash them. Add it to the veggies. Add some salt, pepper and mix it well.

Knead it to form like a dough. Taste the dough and adjust the levels of salt and pepper. If desired, add some red chilli powder for spiciness.(optional)

Cube the mozarella cheese into small pieces and keep it ready. Meanwhile, make small balls out of the dough.

Flatten the dough in your palms using your finger. Take a piece of mozarella cheese cube, place it in the centre of the dough mixture and shape it like nuggets.

Repeat the same process with the remaining mixture. Shape like nuggets or any desired shape. You can also make them into balls.

Now dip the nuggets in maida paste. To make this paste, mix maida, water and salt. The consistency should be medium thick and not watery.

Coat them with breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for sometime till it becomes stiff. You can also store it and deep fry when it is needed.

Deep fry in batches, 3 at a time, for about five minutes. Serve immediately for a better taste.
