This is a mix of vegetables i made as per my kids choice ,my daughter like beans and she hates leafy vegetables so I mix both along with daal and she like this mixing and enjoy with rice and chappathi .

Ingredients of Cheera thoran

0.25 kg Chummannacheera
0.25 kg beans
0.25 cup daal
0.25 cup coconut
3.00 no greenchilly
0.50 tbsp driedredchillypowder
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 cup Curryleaves
2.00 tbsp oil
0.25 tbsp mustard

At the first step clean the cheera using water and drain off the excess water and keep it aside in a sieve

Then cut the cheera in to small cuts , we don't need big stem of the cheera ,so take only small stem and leaves .

Then heat a kadai and pour oil to it , when it's hot put mustard to it and when it splutters add chopped onion and green chilly to it .
