Ingredients of Cheera thoran
STEP : 1
At the first step clean the cheera using water and drain off the excess water and keep it aside in a sieve
STEP : 2
Then clean the beans also using water and cut it to small pieces and then keep it aside in a plate .

Then take some daal in a small bowl and wash it well and then soak in water for some time .
STEP : 4
Then cut the cheera in to small cuts , we don't need big stem of the cheera ,so take only small stem and leaves .

Then heat a kadai and pour oil to it , when it's hot put mustard to it and when it splutters add chopped onion and green chilly to it .

Pour some curry leaves also to it , saute it well and when it is translucent , then add soaked daal to it .

Mix it well and then pour some dried red chilly powder to it and mix it well , then let it cooked well.

Add little water for the daal to get cooked , when it's almost done add the chopped beans to it .

Pour some salt also and mix it well , then close the pan and let it cooked well ,keep in low flame .

When it is nicely cooked add the cheera to it and mix it well , cook for two to three minutes .

And then add coconut to it and mix it well ,cook for two more minutes and then off the flame .
