Have you tried Chawal Roti / Rice Flour Roti. This is quite light as compared to other flour like normal atta, jowar or bajra.Try this with some spicy curry, you will surely love this.it is so tasty to eat .

Ingredients of Chawal ki Roti

1.00 cup rice flour
3.00 cup water
2.00 tbsp jeera
0.25 tbsp red chilli powder
0.25 tbsp Salt
3.00 milliliter ghee

I have always heard this dish is made from wheat flour. Never thought that we can make this from rice flour. It is highly rich in carbohydrates. It will go very well with any kind of curry.
