STEP : 1
Boil about 3 cups of water in a deep pan for one cup of rice flour. Add the rice flour and mix with spatula and turn off flame after one minute.

Add about 2 tsp jeera, red chili powder and salt and mix. This mix is quite hot, so it will be difficult to knead all with hands.
