First of all, take the mordhan in to a cup as per the given quantity and clean it to remove unwanted particles.

Now, after all that, take the green chilly and wash it with the water and then cut it into very small and fine pieces.

Now, after all that, take the ghee in the pan and then place it on the burner and let it heat.

Now, after all that, when the ghee gets little bit hot, add the green chilly & cummins to the ghee pan.

Now, after all this, on the other hand, take the water as per the requirement & need in to the big jug.

Now, after all that, when the green chilly gets cooked, add the water to the pan and let the water boil.

Now, after all that, when the water gets boiled properly, add the mordhan to the pan and mix it well in that.

Now, after all that, let the mordhan cook for around 5 minutes and should be cook it by covering with the lid.

Now, after all that, stir it in between and see whether it is cooked properly or not and add the water if required.
