STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare chappathi cutlets ,we need the ingredients are fresh chappathi,maida,milk,carrot,onion,bread crumbe ,boiled and peeled potato,green chilli,salt a pinch,oil for frying.

Take a large bowl add very small pieces of chappathi, you can also grind a chappathi in a mixer if you like to have a crumbs.

Add a grated carrot ,you can also cut like a pieces ,you can add plenty of vegetables for stuffing as you prefer .

Now add boiled and mashed potatoes,if you like add lemon juice one tablespoon ,you need to have crunch in the veggies ,half cook the vegetables and add.

Add chopped onions along with the mixture ,you can also add capsicum.green peas,cabbage,beetroot, basically vegetables are healthy and high in vitamins.

Add half cup of green chillies ,you can add red chilli powder for a taste and savor and lot of capsicums.

Now mix all the ingredients very well using spatula or spoon in a dough manner and keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes.

Now the mixture is completely ready,keep aside let it cool and take a separate plate make a mixture into small lemon sized balls and press gently on the center of your palm.

Now add half cup of maida and pinch of salt to prepare a crispy batter,you can also add one cup of wheat flour instead of maida dip all the balls in the batter slowly and slightly turn the balls with slotted spoon

Coat the outer layer all the remaining ball in the same way,you can also use the idly batter,the batter should be neither thick nor thin consistency.

Now take a half cup of bread crumbs and flip the coated ball on both sides,you can also add roasted semolina or rava instead of bread crumbs.

Flip the remaining round sized ball in a bread crumbs,flip the ball quickly otherwise the coated balls will become dry and keep aside for few minutes.

Now put a non stick pan and few tablespoon of oil and leave it till oil gets heat,confirm the oil gets heat or not and place a ball on a pan.

Don't take the balls till it changes golden brown color and flip the ball on both sides till the cutlets turns crispy.

When the cutlets turns crispy and golden brown take out from the pan and keep it in a seperate plate.our yummy and crispy cutlets is ready now.
