This is a sweet Bengali recipe. This recipe made with Gobind bhoge rice and sugar. This recipe loves all the age group of India and all over the world. Serve this recipe as a breakfast or tiffin. This recipe served with hot roti or hot puri or paratha or serve it as a desert.

1.00 kg milk
0.25 kg gobind bhoge rice
6.00 no btasha
1.00 cup sugar
3.00 no tej patta
4.00 no cardamom

This is such a yummy and Bengali type of payesh I have seen here, made so easily with Gobind bhog rice, looking yummy and the texture has also come out to be so nice thick and smooth and its been done so nicely I really like the way it is given over here ,very easy to make simple steps, and all the materials are so handy, easily available and I really like the way it is been made over here I would definitely like this dish to be made at festivities or on certain occasions when we need something out of the box to present our skills ,thank you so much for such a different and unique recipe!!
