Ingredients of Chanar payesh
STEP : 1
Take some milk and keep aside, take some rice, some kish mish, some batasha, some cardamom, some sugar ll those things bring together and keep aside.

Take a bowl and add some gobing bhog rice in it and keep aside for cooking.

Then add some gobind bhog rice in it and wash it properly and add some water in it for soaking.

Then add some milk in a handy and boil it and keep aside for cooking the next step of the recipe.

Then add some tej patta into the boiled milk and boil it another five minutes in high flame.

then add the soaked rice into the boiled milk and cook it till the rice is boiled.

Then add some crushed cardamom in it and cook them on high flame for few minutes.

Then add some batasha into the cooked kheer and cook it for another few minutes.

Then add some sugar in it and cook it another two minutes in high flame in the gas oven.
