Ingredients of Chana salad
STEP : 1
Take a cup of kabuli chana and wash them well and then soak them in 3 times of water overnight so that they swell and become softer.
STEP : 2
Take the soaked kabuli chana and cook it in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes so that the chana boils and is softened.
STEP : 3
Chop the onions, tomato and green chili in the small sizes. Cut a lemon into small pieces so that the juice can be extracted. Peel the cucumber, wash it and cut it into thin long slices.

Peel a potato, wash it and boil it so that it is semi mashed and then cut them into smaller pieces.
STEP : 5
Take the boiled chana in a mixing bowl. Add the onion, tomato, cucumber and green chili to the mixing bowl and squeeze the lemon juice.
STEP : 6
Add the boiled potato then add some salt and the black pepper and mix all the ingredients well. Now the alu chana chat is ready to be served with coriander leaves.
