This is a street side food which is very simple to make and very tangy and tasty. It is made with kabuli chana, potato, cucumber and onion. served with lot of lemon juice and green chili and topped with coriander leaves.

Ingredients of Chana salad

1.00 cup Kabuli Chana
1.00 no Potato
1.00 no Onion
1.00 no Chili
1.00 no Tomato
1.00 no Lemon
0.25 no Cucumber
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Black Pepper
1.00 tbsp Coriander Leaves

Chana salad

Take a cup of kabuli chana and wash them well and then soak them in 3 times of water overnight so that they swell and become softer.

Chop the onions, tomato and green chili in the small sizes. Cut a lemon into small pieces so that the juice can be extracted. Peel the cucumber, wash it and cut it into thin long slices.
