STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready cut the onion into long pieces and cut them tomatoes into long pieces and cut all the given vegetables into medium size

Now keep the cooker over the stove and add oil to it once the oil get heated then add the Garam Masala and also add the green chilies to the oil and Fry them in nicely

And then add the chopped onion to the oil and fry it nicely till the onion turns to golden brown in colour

After frying the onion add the coriander leaves and mint leaves to the oil and then add ginger garlic paste to the oil and Fry them in nicely in the low flame

Once everything fried nicely then I add chopped tomatoes to the oil and Fry it till the oil separate from the tomato

Then start adding the vegetables to the cooker first add chopped potatoes to the oil and fry it nicely for about 2 minutes in a low flame

Then at the shop the beans to the cooker and fried nicely for about 5 minutes because the beans is little bit harder than the potatoes

Then add the kondai kadalai what I showed before always use the soaked kondakadalai or else you can use the green peas also

Once all the ingredients fried nicely then add the measured water to the cooker and add adequate salt in the stage you can check the spice and salt

Once the water starts boiling add the soaked rice to the water and close the lid and let 3 whistle to come after that open the lid and change it to a serving bowl and serve it hot with curd salad
