Ingredients of Chana masala curry

STEP : 1
First soaked white chickpeas for 8 to 9 hours &boiled white chickpeas, den graded all veggies mixture, & graded also tomato pouri.

2nd step is after boiled & graded veggies in separate cooker add 3 spoon oil, add 3 bay leaf den add graded mixture[onion, ginger, garlic, cumin seed, poppy seed, coriander leaf, green chilly, cashew, almond added] cook it for 10 mins.

3rd step is after cooked onion mixture den add tomato pouri cook it for 5 mins, den add salt, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder &kitchen king masala stir it well for 5 mins.

4th step is after fried graded veggies & masala properly den add boiled white chickpeas cook it for 5 mins, its curry very royal &spicy.
STEP : 5
5th step is add also graded coconut powder stir it well cook for 5 mins, this curry serve with puri, bhatore, jeera rice, naan &chapati also.

6th step is after cooked half curry den add 1/2 cup milk cook for till then milk had dry almost.den add water also.

7th step add also 3 cup of water in this curry stir it well, den cover it up the cooker den came 3 whistle.

8th step is after almost cooked this curry, den garnished this curry get a bowl &take some curry den top it up garnished with coriander leaf &lemon slice,I served with chapati &salads, thanks done this white chickpeas curry, i hope you like this curry.
