Ingredients
  

Gravy Preparation

  • 8.00 tbsp oil
  • 1.00 nos tomato
  • 0.25 tbsp jeera
  • 0.25 tbsp turmericpowder
  • 0.50 tbsp redchilipowder
  • 0.25 tbsp cuminpowder
  • 0.25 tbsp corianderpowder
  • 0.25 tbsp salt

Paneer Pices Preparation

  • 1.00 tbsp gingerpaste
  • 8.00 tbsp maida
  • 1.00 tbsp greenchillipaste
  • 0.25 tbsp sugar
  • 0.50 kg cottagecheese
  • 0.25 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • take a plate, on it take 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 5 ï¿œ 8 tablespoon of maida, 1 teaspoon green chilli paste, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, cottage cheese.

  • Mix this entire ingredient and by pressing with your hand make a cake like structure. Spread some plain flour or maida to the top it.

  • With the help of knife slowly-slowly cut the piece of paneer. Cut the piece of paneer with little care otherwise it will break. Apply more maida if required.

  • Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, slowly put 3 -4 paneer pieces and fry it from both the side. When one side of paneer pieces gets little brown turn it to other side.

Gravy Preparation

  • Grind tomato and green chilli and keep it separately in a bowl. Also grind jeera and ginger to make a fine paste. Place all fried paneer on a plate.

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add jeera and sautï¿œ it for a minutes. Add a paste of ginger and jeera and sautï¿œ it for 2 minutes. Add little amount of ginger otherwise it will taste bitter.

  • Now add the paste of tomato and green chilli, mix well and reduce the flame. Sautï¿œ it until the raw smell of tomato get vanish and oil start separating from the masalas.

  • Add turmeric powder, red cilli powder, cumin powder (jeera powder), coriander powder, salt as required and a little amount of sugar and mix well on a low flame.

  • Add the fried panner and cook it for 2 minutes. Donï¿œt cook it for more than 2 minutes otherwise the paneer pieces may get break. Before turning off the gas add garam masala and ghee and mix it softly. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with green chilli.
