Soaked chane dal, drain water from the dal and add into a mixture to grind.

Grind chane dal with chilli, coriander leaves,black pepper,garlic cloves, karipatta, red chilli powder, jeera and salt.
STEP : 3
Grind all of these ingredients in a mixer and make a thick paste.Don't add water.

we have to grind it thick not very fine. Just take this paste in a bowl.

Keep kadai on a gas add oil in a low flame.Oil should not very hot.

Now to make bhajiyas you have to use your hands, I m making Bhajiyas in smaller size. add only 3 or 4 at a time not more

Just let it roll Once it cooks automatically gets very crisp that's it and you can serve it.

Fry both the sides Take crispy Bhajiyas on absorben paper because bhajiyas should not be oily.
