- 1.00 cup Chana Dal
- 4.00 nos Red Chili
- 0.5 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 0.25 tbsp Hing
- 0.25 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Sugar

- 2.00 cup Flour
- 1.00 cup Oil
- 0.5 cup water
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
Instructions
Chana Dal Preparation
- Take some flour and keep aside, Then take some chana dal and keep aside then take some hing and cumin seeds and red chili roasted powder and keep aside.
- Then take a grinder and add some soaked chana dal in it and grind the chana dal and keep aside for cooking.
- Take a bowl and keep the chana dal paste and add some salt and some sugar in it and mix it well.
- Take a tawa hot it and add the red chili and some cumin seeds and roste those and keep aside.
- Take a grinder then add the roasted dried red chilies and roasted cumin seeds and grind it properly and keep it in a bowl.
- Take a pan and put it in a gas oven on high flame, when oil becomes hot add some oil in it.
- Take a pan then hot this pan and add some oil in it when it becomes hot add some hing in it and cook it for one minute.
- Then add the chana dal paste into the hot oil and cook it for two minutes in high flame then add some tosted masala powder in it and cook them for another two minutes in high flame on the gas oven.
Stuffed Paratha Preparation
- Take the flour in a big bowl and add some oil on it for making dow and cooking the next step.
- Then add some salt and some water in it for the make a dow for cooking the next step of the recipe.
- Take the dow of maida and keep aside then take the stuffing of the chana dal for the paratha, all those things bring together and keep aside.
- take some dow of maida and then add some chana dal stuff in it and make a mediem ball with it and keep aside.
- Then take a belan and chukki and add some oil in it and take the ball and roll it with belan and keep aside.
- Hot a tawa then add some oil in it, when oil becomes hot add the chapati and fry it properly crispy.
- Fry it and keep aside and serve it on a serving plate for eating. serve this recipe with any veg preparation.
